Also coffee ice cream, coffee sherbert and the like does NOT count as a diet helper. If you , however, like your coffee with a little cream and sugar, use low fat cream and a  sugar substitute.

Even though you may believe the idea of a coffee diet sounds like just another diet fad, you should be aware that there have been several scientific studies made on using coffee. The results showed that several individuals, but of course not everyone, benefited from the coffee diet.
